आपका जन्म यूपी के हाथरस जिला अंतर्गत बहरदोई में हुआ। योगी सरकार के मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार में आप एमएलसी से राज्यमंत्री बने। आपने आरएसएस स्वयंसेवक बन सामाजिक कार्य आरम्भ किया। दो बार भाजपा में संगठन मंत्री रहे जहां आपको भूरि भूरि प्रशंसा मिली। आप बीजेपी पिछड़ा वर्ग प्रकोष्ठ के महामंत्री भी रहे। आपने कुशलता पूर्वक पार्टी प्रदत्त सभी दायित्वों का निर्वहन किया।
