As you know the “YouTube Research tab”, is a tool that will help youtube creators to know search insight. This means that your youtube subscribers are looking for around the youtube channel search. It will also help you to know the top-level searches on youtube channels as well. This youtube research tab helps you to analyze the content gap. For a youtube creator, it can be a very useful tool.
Maybe this feature is not available for all youtube creators, because it is in the experimental process. I Hope, this youtube new feature will be available for all creators easily to explore the new things about what youtube subscribers are searching on YouTube.

There are various things you can analyze through the youtube research tab. Once you have selected the tab “Searches across YouTube” under the research tab, then you will have the options to choose types of search and the next location and language which is red marked in the above image wizard.
Once you have put the keyword in the search box and then hit the enter key on your keyboard, then you will get the search result page with search terms and search volume on YouTube. The Search volume is denoted by the high, low, and medium.
Once you make sure the search term (keyword) is for final use, then you can get more information related to the keyword. If you want to know the Google trends that are related to the keyword, then you can see them through the next option just by clicking on the 3 dots which are mentioned horizontal next to the search term.
Through your viewers’ search feature, you will get the same analysis metric that is available in the searches across the youtube feature. But there is the only difference that in the searches across youtube you need to search and here you do not need to search at all because these metrics are generated by youtube on the basis of your viewers.
Where can you find the Research tab in YouTube Studio?
This is a very simple way to find the Research tab. You can find the youtube research tab on your YouTube channel’s Studio analytics page. Once you have opened the youtube analytics page, then the Research tab is available on the last side of the analytics tab bar.
