For the first time, the Raising Day of CRPF was celebrated

In his address, the Union Home Minister said that the Government of India has taken a decision that annual parades of all Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) will be organized in different parts of the country. The purpose behind this is that all the CAPF organizations engaged in the security of the country’s borders and internal security should go to different parts and build a cordial relationship with the people of the country and mingle with the culture of the country and dedicate themselves to duty always. Under this, the annual parade of CRPF has been organized in the historic city of Jammu today.

Shri Amit Shah said that it was from this land that Pandit Premnath Dogra and Shyama Prasad Mookerjee had agitated, saying that Kashmir is an integral part of India, two heads, two marks, and two legislations will not work in one country. Today, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the dream of both Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pt. Premnath Dogra, one head, one mark, and one legislation has been fulfilled.

The Union Home and Cooperation Minister said that since the inception of CRPF, 2340 CRPF personnel have made sacrifices. On behalf of the entire nation, I would like to pay a humble tribute to all the CRPF jawans who have made sacrifices while first protecting the country’s borders and later the country’s internal security, fighting Naxalism, terrorism, and dealing with riots. Whenever the history of the country is written, the sacrifice of this 2340 personnel will be written in golden letters. Today, I want to say to the families of those who have received posthumous awards that the martyrdom of your son, husband, brother will never fail and this country will remember their martyrdom for ages.

The Union Home Minister said that the CRPF has created a tradition of considering the security of the country and the countrymen without considering itself, I am sure that all the jawans of the force will carry forward this tradition with this dedication. Shri Shah said that CRPF is not just a CAPF but every child of the country appreciates the spirit of dedication, sacrifice, and sacrifice of CRPF personnel. Whatever be the situation, as soon as the CRPF personnel come, people get confidence that now the CRPF will handle the situation. This belief does not come just like this but comes on the basis of many years of hard work and bright history.

The Home Minister said that this is the year of the Amrit Festival of Independence and the Prime Minister of the country has set a goal in front of 130 crore people of the country in the Amrit Festival of Independence that when we are celebrating the centenary of independence, at that time every region in the world India should be at a prominent place. Our Prime Minister has set a target of 5 trillion dollar economy in front of the country and I believe that the goal of 5 trillion dollar economy can be achieved only when the internal security of the country is strong and we are sure about the internal security and of the CRPF. It has a huge role to play. He said that the CRPF should also make the CRPF the most modern, capable, and effective armed force by creating a roadmap for the centenary, the challenges ahead, and the strategy for assimilation of the upcoming and available technology in the year of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence.
