Pusa Krishi Vigyan Mela – 2022 Launched
Free Guest Posting Website: Under the guidance of Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, the three-day Pusa Krishi Vigyan Mela organized by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) was inaugurated by the Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shri Kailash Choudhary. Secretary of DARE and Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra presided. On this occasion, Shri Chowdhary dedicated the “Pusa Agri Krishi Haat Complex” developed over an area of two acres to the nation. Thousands of progressive farmers, women entrepreneurs, and start-ups from different parts of the country have participated in the fair.
Pusa Krishi Vigyan Mela 2022 date – This year, from 9th to 11th March, the main theme of this fair is “Self-reliant farmer with technical knowledge”. The major attractions of the fair are: Smart/Digital AgricultureAgri

In the fair, information is being given about the new varieties developed by the institute, while other innovative technologies of IARI, such as ‘Solar Power Powered’ ‘Pusa-Farm Sun Fridge; Pusadi, the composer, the Pusa Complete Bio-Fertilizer (providing Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium, a unique liquid formulation) is also displayed.
IARI Joint Director(Extension)Dr.B. s. Tomar informed that the advanced technologies of various ICAR institutes, Krishi Vigyan Kendras, other institutes doing excellent work in the field of agriculture have also been displayed at the fair.
